Schedule/Hours:

4x10-hour shifts weekly Variable start times between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. On-call 1 day per week and every 4th weekend

What You'll Bring:

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse Proven experience in operating rooms, with a focus on orthopedics and robotic procedures ORT credentials Ability to adapt to changing environments and thrive on a collaborative team Confidence with perioperative protocols, surgical instrumentation, and patient safety Strong prioritization and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Support the surgical team in orthopedic and robotic procedures Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques and operative standards Collaborate seamlessly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs for optimal outcomes Maintain patient safety and provide compassionate, individualized care before, during, and after surgery Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled
