Schedule/Hours:

Rotating shifts with required call coverage

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year full-time experience in surgery/OR technology Proven background in orthopedic, vascular, and general surgery cases Current BLS certification (required for techs) Strong scrub experience required Familiarity with Cerner EMR preferred

Responsibilities:

Scrub in and assist on a variety of surgical procedures with a focus on ortho, vascular, and general cases Work collaboratively with specialty leads, charge nurses, and the surgical team Adhere to strict protocols for safety and surgical best practices Manage and prepare surgical suites for efficient case turnover Remain adaptable to the fast pace and changing needs of a busy surgery department
