Job Description

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Schedule/Hours:
Full-time, travel contract
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 full years of Cardiovascular OR scrubbing experience required Current and active California Surgical Technologist License BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
Prepare, maintain, and organize surgical instruments and equipment for cardiothoracic and vascular procedures Assist surgical teams during operative procedures, ensuring a sterile field and proficient technique Anticipate surgeon and team needs to facilitate optimal patient outcomes Practice consistent aseptic technique and maintain safety standards throughout each case Provide accurate instrument counts and ensure efficient case turnover
