Position Overview Lead and support the inspection team in daily operations Monitor production schedules and department progress to ensure on-time delivery performance Communicate potential delays, manpower concerns, or overtime needs to upper management proactively Assist hands-on with departmental tasks including unmasking, touch-up work, inspection support, and other production activities as needed Assign and adjust work tasks based on employee strengths, workflow efficiency, and department priorities Identify bottlenecks within processes and actively assist the team to maintain production flow Ensure employees are following company policies, procedures, quality standards, and work instructions Maintain a strong floor presence and provide leadership, accountability, and motivation to the team Encourage teamwork, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the department Speak up when processes appear inefficient or unclear and work with management to improve operations Work closely with Production, Quality, and Customer Service teams to support overall company goals Assist in training and developing employees within the departmentQualifications :
Education :
High School Diploma or Equivalent is preferred.Experience:
Demonstrated leadership skills preferred (e.g., previous supervisory roles, high school/collegiate sports team captains, or student organization leaders) Manufacturing or production environment experience strongly preferred but not requiredSkillsCompetencies:
Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Self-motivated, dependable, and able to hold employees accountable Team-oriented mindset with strong leadership presence Willingness to be hands-on and actively involved in department operations Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities throughout the dayShift Hours:
Monday- Thursday 6:30am
- 3:30pm, Friday 6:30am-12:30pm
Total Compensation Package:
Wage $19.00- $23.00/ hour Compensation depends on the selected candidate's experience. Benefits
