Schedule/Hours:
Three twelve-hour shifts (6:30AM-7:00PM) Weekend shifts encouraged; on-call rotation required (typically 5-6 weekday shifts and one weekend shift per 8-week sign-up)
Assignment Length:
13 Weeks, starting
ASAP Qualifications:
Current Alaska RN license (required) BLS and ACLS certifications Experience in operating room nursing, specifically as a circulator Experience with ortho, total joints, neuro, and robotics procedures Positive, teamwork-oriented attitude
Preferred:
Scrub RN experience, CNOR certification
Typical Duties:
Serve as a patient advocate and circulator in a fast-paced OR with a 1:1 patient ratio Cooperate with scrub techs, support techs, and fellow RNs to ensure smooth surgical workflows Prepare, monitor, and document using Epic EMR Respond to on-call demands as needed
