Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse

Category Nursing - RN-Tele Job Type Travel A rewarding opportunity awaits experienced Registered Nurses with a strong background in telemetry and medical-surgical care. This role provides direct patient care to individuals aged 15 and above in a high-acuity, 90-bed facility. The position supports a Level 2 Trauma Center and requires adaptability to float to a nearby affiliated hospital as needed.

Schedule/Hours:

12-hour shifts

Day Shift:

7:00am - 7:30pm

Night Shift:

7:00pm - 7:30am Rotation schedule updates every 6 weeks Weekend coverage: 2 full weekends or 4 weekend days per schedule

Qualifications:

Active RN license Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in Med Surg/Telemetry Current ACLS and BLS certifications required Flexible to float between units and facilities as needed Demonstrates comfort with documentation systems other than

Cerner Preferred:

Additional certifications and prior floating experience

Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care for a diverse patient group (ages 15 and up) Effectively manage patient ratios of 4:1 on telemetry and 5:1 on Med Surg Complete timely and accurate documentation of patient care Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary medical teams in a trauma-level inpatient environment Support department needs by floating and adapting to different care units as needed Maintain consistent professionalism during high-volume case days This position offers RNs a dynamic and challenging clinical environment with opportunities for professional growth.
