Required Qualifications & Experience:

Active RN license Certification in ACLS and BLS NIH Stroke Scale certification Proficiency in reading basic rhythm strips Prior experience in a Telemetry nursing environment preferred Prior exposure to primary and team nursing models is a plus Strong assessment, documentation, and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms to ensure timely and effective patient care Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams using primary and team nursing approaches Administer and manage advanced life support and emergency interventions as needed Provide patient education, support, and advocacy throughout the continuum of care Maintain detailed patient records, upholding regulatory standards and best practices in documentation Adapt to fast-paced environments and deliver compassionate care to diverse patient populations
