What You'll Do:
Perform high-quality general ultrasound exams according to established protocols Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety Collaborate with physicians and radiologists to interpret and share diagnostic findings Maintain accurate patient records and detailed imaging logs Effectively communicate with patients, providing clear instructions and compassionate care Ensure proper care, maintenance, and calibration of ultrasound equipmentDesired Qualifications:
Current, valid certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS or equivalent) At least one year of recent general ultrasound experience in a clinical or hospital setting Demonstrated proficiency with a variety of ultrasound techniques and equipment Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability in new environments Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certificationBenefits and Travel Perks:
