Job Description

This travel assignment at a Level 1 teaching facility offers more than just professional growth: you'll collaborate with a progressive radiology team and gain exposure to best practices in vascular ultrasound within a dynamic, multi-specialty environment. Experience hands-on learning within a respected radiology department, performing critical vascular studies on a wide variety of patients, including opportunities to rotate between adult, children's, and women's hospitals. Schedule/Hours:
Flexible shifts; assignments include hospital-based and portable scanning duties.Desired Qualifications:
ARDMS certification required: RVT (Registered for Vascular Technology) orRVS. BLS
(Basic Life Support) certification. RDCS (Cardiac Sonography) is beneficial for expanded coverage. Pediatric ultrasound experience is a plus, but not required. Demonstrated competence in vascular studies, including: Carotid and segmental Doppler exams (upper and lower extremities) Venous Doppler for upper and lower extremities Dialysis/bypass grafts Transcranial Doppler exams Vein mapping, mesenteric/renal Doppler studiesKey Responsibilities:
Perform a broad array of vascular imaging exams, including DVT rule-outs, TCDs for neuro programs, and hemodialysis scans. Rotate across adult, pediatric, and women/infants hospitals. Adapt to covering both fixed and portable scans as assigned. Deliver compassionate, accurate patient care in high-acuity settings.
