Travel position with flexible assignment timelines
Required Qualifications:
ARDMS certification or equivalent in General Ultrasound Current and valid state licensure for ultrasound imaging Proven competency in performing all facets of general ultrasound procedures BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Previous experience in hospital or clinical ultrasound settings preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide compassionate patient care
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct high-quality general ultrasound imaging procedures independently Collaborate effectively with radiologists and clinical staff to ensure optimal diagnostic outcomes Accurately document exam findings and maintain updated patient records Maintain and calibrate ultrasound equipment, troubleshooting as necessary Support a positive patient experience with clear communication before, during, and after procedures Uphold strict standards for safety, privacy, and infection control
