Desired Qualifications & Experience:

Proficiency in Imaging—specifically Ultrasound Vascular techniques and instrumentation Demonstrated experience performing adult transthoracic and pediatric echocardiograms Knowledge of administering and monitoring contrast for suboptimal images Ability to support cardiologists with transesophageal echocardiograms and stress echocardiograms Familiarity with proper patient identification and safety standards Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education Relevant certifications and licensure (ARDMS, RVT, or equivalent preferred)

Responsibilities:

Perform and archive adult and pediatric cardiac ultrasound imaging as per clinical protocols Administer contrast media when indicated for optimal imaging Assist in transesophageal and stress echocardiography alongside the cardiology team Conduct treadmill and dobutamine stress echocardiograms, capturing pre- and post-stress images Maintain meticulous study reviews and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate completion of records Prioritize patient safety and quality care at every step, adhering to established safety protocols Communicate effectively with patients, addressing questions and providing procedure education Perform additional related duties as assigned
