Qualifications:
Registered and certified Radiology Technologist credentials required Previous experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a hospital or emergency setting Proficiency operating radiology equipment and performing standard imaging techniques Knowledge of safety protocols and HIPAA compliance Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with medical staff and patients Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently Current BLS certification
Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic radiologic imaging exams according to physician orders Ensure high-quality images for accurate assessment and diagnosis Maintain equipment, following proper cleaning and safety procedures Prepare and position patients for a variety of imaging procedures Accurately complete documentation and contribute to maintaining patient records Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines in all aspects of your work Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care This contract position offers you the chance to work within a supportive clinical setting, serving patients who rely on your technical expertise.
