Treatment Coordinator

Overview:

Bright Now! Dental supported by Smile Brands in Casselberry is seeking an experienced and professional Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to join our team. We are looking for a candidate with strong dental knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding patient care. This role is ideal for someone who understands the importance of treatment presentation, scheduling efficiency, insurance coordination, and creating a positive patient experience from start to finish. Schedule (days/hours): Monday through Friday 8am-5pm x1 Sat per month

Responsibilities:

Present treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients Review insurance benefits and provide accurate treatment estimates Verify insurance coverage and explain financial responsibilities Schedule treatment appropriately based on dental procedure sequencing Coordinate patient care and maintain productive scheduling Answer patient questions regarding treatment and finances Work closely with doctors and clinical staff to support case acceptance Maintain accurate patient documentation and records Deliver exceptional customer service and communication at every patient interaction

Qualifications:

Dental experience

REQUIRED

Strong understanding of: Dental terminology Insurance verification Treatment plan estimates Scheduling sequence for dental procedures Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Knowledge of Dentrix Ascend is a
