We're growing — and we're looking for a driven, patient-focused Treatment Coordinator to help lead the way. The Role As a Treatment Coordinator at 303 Smiles, you are the first impression of our practice and a key driver of patient conversion. You'll guide prospective patients from their very first consultation through the start of treatment, building trust, presenting financial options, and championing the value of the 303 Smile experience. This is not a passive administrative role — we want a natural leader who takes ownership, inspires the team around them, and is passionate about connecting people to care that changes their confidence. What You'll Do Lead new patient consultations, presenting personalized treatment plans with clarity, enthusiasm, and empathy Educate patients and families on orthodontic treatment options including Invisalign, metal braces, and our one-of-a-kind hybrid treatment Present and close treatment agreements with a patient-centered approach, including financial arrangements and insurance coordination Serve as a leadership presence on the floor — setting the tone for the patient experience and supporting team members Collaborate closely with Dr. Straffon to ensure every patient feels seen, heard, and excited about their smile journey Track case starts, follow up with pending patients, and contribute to practice growth goals Help refine and champion our systems and patient communication processes What We're Looking For Treatment coordination experience preferred, but we will train the right person! A natural communicator who can connect with patients of all ages — from kids to adults Proven ability to present treatment plans and guide patients to confident decisions Leadership mindset: you lift the people around you and take initiative without being asked Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a busy, fast-paced schedule Positive, professional energy that reflects the 303 Smiles brand Experience with dental insurance is a plus.
