safety standards on every job What We Are Looking For ISA Certified Arborist preferred — or actively working toward certification Proven climbing experience (minimum 2 years preferred) Familiarity with proper pruning standards (ANSI A300) Valid driver's license; CDL a plus Strong work ethic, punctual, team-oriented Ability to pass background check Why Timber Ridge?
