Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tree Crew Supervisor to lead and oversee tree crew. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of horticulture, tree care, and the ability to supervise a team effectively. This role involves managing daily operations on-site, ensuring safety standards are met, and delivering high-quality service to clients. The Tree Crew Supervisor plays a vital role in maintaining the health and aesthetics of outdoor environments while guiding crew members through various tasks related to cutting down and removing tree in a safe manor. Duties Lead and supervise a team of landscapers, arborists, and maintenance workers in executing tree care, pruning, and removal projects Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies Coordinate project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations Provide training and mentorship to crew members to develop skills in, tree care, construction, and maintenance Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress Maintain equipment and tools used for landscaping, tree care, and construction tasks Skills Supervising experience with the ability to lead a team efficiently in outdoor environments Strong knowledge of tree care practices including pruning, removal, and health assessment Construction experience related to outdoor projects is a plus Excellent leadership abilities with strong communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions Knowledge of safety protocols for working around trees, heavy equipment, and construction sites This position offers an opportunity to lead impactful outdoor projects while fostering a team-oriented environment dedicated to excellence in landscape management.

Pay:

$26.07 - $31.40 per hour
