Summary We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Tree Farm Associate at Steinkopf and Sons Wholesale. This role is essential to our operations, contributing to the growth and maintenance of our nursery stock while supporting our mission of providing high-quality trees and plants. Responsibilities Assist in the planting, maintaining, and harvesting of trees and plants. Operate small and medium size equipment safely and efficiently for various farm tasks. Pulling orders for and assisting customers with their orders. Support daily farm operations including weeding, pruning, and pest management. Utilize basic math skills Requirements Experience in equipment operation is preferred. Drivers license is required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail in maintaining nursery stock health. Willingness to learn about tree farming practices and techniques. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a team setting. Dependable attendance is essential.
