Summary We are seeking a Laborer to join our team at Hawkes Tree Service in Phippsburg, ME. In this role, you will assist with various tasks related to tree care and maintenance. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations as we work to maintain the beauty of our environment. Responsibilities Assist with tree pruning and removal operations under the guidance of experienced team members. Utilize hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively for various tasks. Support land clearing efforts for solar farms and other projects as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing job duties. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks. Requirements Valid Driver's License Valid CDL A is preferred. Experience with towing is preferred. Experience using hand tools and power tools is preferred. Ability to operate a forklift is a plus but not required. Strong mechanical knowledge or aptitude is beneficial. Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors. Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
