Trial Garden Coordinator

Join the team at J.W. Jung Seed Company , an industry leader in mail-order and retail gardening. With six garden centers across Wisconsin, Jung Seed Company ships thousands of quality seeds, plants, and gardening accessories to all 50 states. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trial Garden Coordinator to play a key part in maintaining the quality, presentation, and success of our trial garden throughout the growing season. The trial garden is instrumental in helping determine the products we will offer to our customers, making this role an important contributor to future business decisions. This is a seasonal position with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs, at our Randolph, WI location.

Shift:

Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 3:30

PM What You'll Do:

Prepare soil, including tilling and garden preparation Plant crops according to seasonal timing Maintain the garden, including watering, weeding, fertilizing, herbicide applications, and overall plant care Harvest crops at appropriate time to ensure quality and yield Perform garden clean-up and end-of season tasks Assist with growing and maintenance of native plants Other tasks as assigned
