Air-conditioned facility, on-the-job training, and advancement opportunities What You'll Do Trim excess plastic from parting lines and use hand tools to flame and finish parts. Assemble products according to specific work instructions and perform visual inspections to communicate findings to operators. Account for time and work completed via an online computer data collection system and perform basic data entry. Participate in equipment preventative maintenance at the operator level and report deficiencies to the maintenance team. Resolve basic manufacturing issues and document production or quality control concerns. Ensure full compliance with corporate and plant safety standards at all times. What You'll Need Ability to read and interpret blueprints, operating instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, twist, and transport materials short distances. Strong shop math skills, competency in dimensional measuring, and a basic understanding of computer functions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Previous experience in a highly technical or fabrication environment is desired; must be able to work safely with hand tools. Find your future.
