• ```Duties```
• Operate and drive trucks to transport goods and materials to various destinations
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper securing of items for transportation
• Follow all safety regulations and traffic laws while operating the truck
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance tasks as needed
• Plan and execute efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents ```Qualifications```
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
• Proven experience as a truck driver or in a similar role
• 2 year CDL experience
• Ability to operate flat beds
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures is a plus
• Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility weekends as needed
