Truck Driver Class A CDL or Class B CDL

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle various types of trucks, including dump trucks, flatbeds, and refrigerated trailers. Duties

• Operate various types of trucks including dump trucks, roll-off trucks, flatbeds, and Mixer trucks.
• Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption.
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving in a safe manner.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that arise during transport.
• Handle manual transmission vehicles as required.
• Ensure the proper securing of cargo to prevent damage during transit. Qualifications
• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Experience in truck driving, particularly with dump trucks, flatbeds, and refrigerated trailers is preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is essential.
• Familiarity with loading and unloading freight procedures.
• Experience operating forklifts is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must pass all required background checks and drug screenings.
