The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating various types of trucks, including tractor-trailers, to transport goods efficiently. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, adherence to traffic regulations, and excellent customer service skills while delivering freight. Duties Operate manual transmission trucks and ensure safe driving practices at all times. Transport goods using Agriculture (Hopper Bottom) equipment. Load and unload freight efficiently and securely to prevent damage during transit. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption in compliance with regulations. Follow designated routes for deliveries while being flexible to adapt to changes as needed. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues encountered on the road. • Skills Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver's license (CDL). Proficiency in operating manual transmission vehicles. Strong knowledge of route driving and delivery driver experience is preferred. Ability to load and unload freight safely Excellent driving skills with a focus on safety and compliance with traffic laws. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
