Truck Driver

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Class A Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various types of truck driving, including but not limited to, operating manual transmission vehicles, rice trailers, flatbeds, and 3 axle box trailer. This role involves transporting goods safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Responsibilities Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of loads. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Maintain accurate delivery logs and records of vehicle maintenance. Follow designated routes for timely delivery while adhering to traffic regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery status. Manage freight documentation and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and turned in on time. Skills Class A required Proficient in driving various types of trucks including flatbed, Rice trailers etc Experience with manual transmission is essential. Knowledge of route driving techniques and delivery driver experience is preferred. Strong understanding of freight handling procedures including loading and unloading protocols. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to safety standards and practices in commercial driving.
