Truck Driver Recruiter

Overview Best Driver Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing , screening,Interviewing , and onboarding qualified CDL drivers This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Conduct phone screenings and interviews with potential candidates Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing through onboarding, including employment contracts, employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes. Verify employment history, licenses, certifications, driving records Stay informed about industry trends in transportation staffing, including campus recruitment initiatives and succession planning strategies to ensure long-term talent sustainability. Maintain communication with applicant throughout the hiring process. Build and maintain relationships with drivers and clients Coordinate onboarding paperwork, drug screens, and background checks. keep accurate records in recruiting system and databases . Support staffing needs and help fill open positions in a timely manner Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
