Job Description

We are looking for an administrative assistant to support our current clients and continued growth in the region. Please read qualifications below before applying. We are looking for other positions for all our offices and promote from within so let us know if you have additional qualifications!
  • Experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service and Microsoft Word is a must
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

WORK SCHEDULE
Candidate will be based out of our Ontario office. Monday
  • Friday 8:30am
  • 4:30pm.
COMPENSATION
Position pays $21.00
  • $24.
00 per hour based on experience
QUALIFICATIONS & TASKS
Candidate must have valid drivers license Knowledge of Cinc preferred but not required. Individual must be punctual and consistent attendance is required to serve the clients and company's needs Must be fluent in Microsoft Word and related programs Ensures the day-to-day administration of the property office, including answering telephones, submitting work orders, communicate with managers, homeowners and vendors, create correspondence; interacting with residents in a courteous and professional manner; sorting, distributing, opening and answering mail daily; and handling resident inquiries and concerns. Ensures the office is clean and well organized, and that daily attire is presentable to the public. Ensures preparation of preventative maintenance checklists by day, week, month or year for maintenance personnel to perform, ensures the completion of tasks on the checklists, and ensures that all work is completed in a timely manner. Reviews completed and outstanding work orders on a daily basis. Ensures the work orders are completed in a timely manner, consistent with Company policies and procedures. Ensures adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures. Exercises common sense, good judgment, consistency and self-control in day-to-day contact with residents and in other business-related matters. Ensures consistent application of property rules and regulations. Ensures proper maintenance and storage of property files and records. Communicates all problems and resolves them or seeks direction from Supervisor for resolution. Filing and completing other Administrative tasks as requested. Must have the ability to take clear direction and complete tasks under the deadlines provided.
