CDL-A PART-TIME TANKER DRIVER

Justruck is looking for an experienced CDL-A driver for part-time local work. Work 2-3 days per week Tanker and Hazmat experience

Responsibilities Operate tractor-trailers with manual transmissions, ensuring smooth and safe driving across diverse routes. Drive tankers with Hazmat, some flatbed optional services Manage route driving responsibilities with precision, adhering to schedules and traffic regulations. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to verify vehicle safety and compliance with DOT standards. Maintain accurate delivery logs, shipment documentation, and incident reports throughout each shift. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate pickups and deliveries while providing excellent customer service. Requirements Proven truck driving experience with a focus on freight transportation, including delivery driver roles. Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with endorsements relevant to the vehicle types operated (e.g., tanker). Demonstrated ability to operate manual transmission trucks confidently. Knowledge of load & unload procedures and safety protocols related to freight handling. Ability to perform route planning efficiently while adapting to changing conditions. Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and punctuality in all aspects of driving and cargo management.
