TRUCK-EQUIPMENT-MACHINARY MECHANIC & FABRICATOR GENIUS LEVEL NEEDED NOW

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Truck Equipment, Machinery Mechanic & Fabricator to repair and maintain a variety of trucks, equiptment and machinary. This role offers an opportunity to work with a wide variety of heavy-duty equipment, including trucks, excavators, cranes, loaders, forklifts and light automotive in our salvage yard and tow company. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical expertise, hands-on fabrication skills, and a level of expertise well above the average tech. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on heavy equipment such as excavators, cranes, forklifts, tractors, and truck-trailers including hydraulics, wiring etc. You will need to upfit new trucks added to the tow company and modify others to suit our needs best, you will have a sidekick available for you when needed. Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, brake repairs, transmission servicing, suspension adjustments, hydraulic system repairs, and air brake systems. Fabricate custom parts and components when needed,must be an excellent welder. Troubleshoot electrical systems and perform electrical repairs on industrial equipment with a focus on automotive diagnostics and electrical experience. Inspect equipment for wear and tear; Proven experience as a mechanic or fabricator working with heavy machinery or industrial equipment is a must Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulics, HVAC systems, tire service, and suspension systems. Skilled in welding, soldering, assembly work, and fabricating custom parts using various tools. Familiarity with heavy equipment operation including excavators, cranes, forklifts, farm machinery, and tractor-trailers. Excellent mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance procedures. Ability to lift heavy components safely during repairs or installations; comfortable performing heavy lifting tasks regularly. we want someone who can solve issues, not tell us about them, can work efficiently without supervision and without drama.
