Truss Assembler

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Truss Assembler to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling roof and floor trusses with precision and efficiency, ensuring they meet all safety and quality standards. Your expertise in metal building erection, framing, and blueprint reading will be essential in delivering high-quality structures on time. Duties Assemble roof and floor trusses according to detailed schematics, blueprints, and schematics using hand tools and power tools Operate heavy equipment as needed for lifting and positioning trusses safely on-site Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly Collaborate with construction managers, carpenters, and other trades to coordinate installation processes Conduct quality inspections throughout assembly to verify structural integrity and adherence to specifications Assist with metal stud framing, masonry, rebar installation, or other related tasks as required on site Maintain a clean work area, adhere to safety protocols, and report any hazards or issues immediately Qualifications Proven experience in metal building erection, framing, or related construction roles Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation Familiarity with construction management practices including safety standards and site protocols Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Experience with concrete forming, finishing, plastering or roofing is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving in fast-paced environments Join our team today to build innovative structures while advancing your skills in construction!
