CDL Class A Schedule:

Join our team at Garfield Truss and help build the backbone of beautiful homes, cabins, and commercial buildings. As a Truss Assembler, you'll work with your hands, learn valuable skills, and be part of a crew that takes pride in building high-quality floor and roof trusses. We are hiring multiple assemblers , and we are also looking for at least one team member who can handle deliveries in addition to assembly work. This role requires a CDL Class A license and offers higher compensation. We're located in the heart of Minnesota's lake region — so you can live the cabin life every day, not just on weekends. What You'll Be Doing Assemble wood trusses for floors and roofs using engineered drawings and specialized equipment Work with your team to ensure accurate and strong construction Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently Inspect materials for quality and accuracy before and after assembly Help keep our shop clean, safe, and organized

For CDL Driver Role:

Deliver trusses to job sites safely and on time Assist with loading and securing materials Support the production team when not making deliveries Who You Are A hands-on worker who likes building and creating Comfortable using tools and learning new equipment Detail-oriented — you like doing things right the first time A team player who shows up on time and works hard

For Delivery Role:

Holds a valid CDL Class A license Has a strong safety mindset and good driving record Experience in carpentry, framing, manufacturing, or delivery is a plus — but we'll train the right people. Why You'll Love Working Here Generous PTO plan
