Uses software for electronic discovery of materials such as email for a trial. May specialize in a particular area of the law such as corporate or criminal law, family law or real estate law.

Job Description
Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Trusts and Estates Paralegal to join a legal team in San Diego, California in a contract position with the potential to become permanent. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the estate planning process and is ideal for someone who enjoys client interaction, takes ownership of their work, and can operate independently.
Responsibilities:
+ Serve as a primary client contact and gather information needed for estate planning matters
+ Draft and coordinate California living trusts and related estate planning documents
+ Assist with deeds, trust funding, asset transfers, and related transactional matters
+ Coordinate document signing and execution
+ Manage ongoing client communications via phone and email
+ Track matters and proactively follow up to keep projects moving Requirements
+ Prior paralegal experience required
+ Estate planning experience preferred
+ Family law, corporate law, or other transactional experience will be considered
+ Experience with California living trusts highly preferred
+ Experience with deeds, trust funding, asset transfers, or LLC formations is a plus
+ Strong communication, organization, and client service skills
+ Ability to work independently and problem-solve with minimal supervision
+ Detail-oriented with strong document review and reading comprehension skills
