Our Work Environment Modern, state-of-the-art training facility Positive and encouraging team culture Opportunities for growth and advancement Small class sizes that allow for individualized coaching A fun, high-energy atmosphere focused on athlete development Position Overview We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and experienced Fitness & Tumbling Instructor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in fitness training and cheerleading, gymnastics, or tumbling, along with a genuine passion for mentoring young athletes. This role includes leading small-group tumbling classes (never more than 5 athletes per class), coaching private lessons, safely spotting tumbling skills, and motivating athletes to reach their personal goals both inside and outside the gym. Our instructors play a key role in building confidence, encouraging perseverance, and creating a safe and uplifting environment where every athlete can thrive. Responsibilities Lead engaging small-group tumbling classes Teach private tumbling lessons tailored to individual athlete goals Demonstrate proper technique, form, and body mechanics Safely train and spot tumbling skills at various levels Modify instruction to meet athletes' individual needs and skill levels Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback and encouragement Promote safe training practices and maintain a positive learning environment Inspire athletes to build confidence, discipline, and pride in their personal progress Foster strong relationships with athletes and families through professionalism and positivity Qualifications Experience in cheerleading, gymnastics, tumbling, or fitness instruction Strong understanding of proper technique and athlete safety Ability to motivate and connect with young athletes Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and team-oriented mindset Reliable, professional, and passionate about youth development Previous coaching or instruction experience preferred

Pay:

$17.00 - $40.00 per hour
