5/8's and 7/12's during turnaround Responsibilities include: s (AFE Daily, Headcount, Cost Summary, Monthly) Daily Headcount Cost Summary Create Req's in SAP Order Materials in SAP AFE Monthly Upload Permit Request Herc Truck Rental Management Equipment Rentals Management Accruals Forecast Microsoft Project Scheduling Planning backup and assistance Investigate Invoices for errors or increases needed Locating Drawings when needed Project Packages Additional Responsibilities when asked to support turnaround: Verify and Process Track Overrides Verify & Authorize Track Timesheets Populate Turnaround Force Daily Turnaround Cost Analyst Cost Control Support
