Key Responsibilities:

Continually informs and updates owner/GM of service status Oversees the work of up to ten FWC route managers Develops and maintains turf treatment plan Ensures that all servicing is kept on schedule and on budget Develops, implements and manages quality control program Develops training plan and trains route managers Ensures that company production standards and quality expectations are met Manages all chemical and fertilizer inventory Manages COGs targets Manages relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials Ensures that all equipment is maintained properly and preventatively maintained Meet with customers to evaluate turf diseases and pests Qualities desired: Are you a leader? Qualifications:

• Must have a driver's license with a clean driving record and insurable on our company's policy
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to perform with minimum supervision and direction
• Ability to successfully manage up to 10 FWC route managers
• Strong team player and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to solve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure Required experience: 5+ years experience managing a Turf division (or similar experience) Agronomist degree (preferred) Texas Applicator's license Fluent in English is required

Salary:

$70,000

• $90,000 Up to 10% annual performance bonus
