Role Description This is a part-time on-site role located in Houston, TX for a Team Lead and Professional Organizer. Lead Organizers are expected to posess the skills and knowledge necessary to successfully plan, execute, monitor, and close a project to achieve a clients specific goals and objectives within a provided timeframe, budget, and scope. We are seeking organizers with a servant leadership mindset. Must be availble to work 5 days a week from 9am to 4pm. Must be willing to commute to all of Houston Metro, from The Woodlands to Sugarland. Qualifications Excellent organizational and time management skills Excellent communication skills including the ability to have difficult conversations Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma or equivalent Experience with home organizing, leadership, and/or interior design is a plus.
