Duties Oversee daily security operations, including access control and patrols to safeguard facilities and personnel Conduct surveillance activities using CCTV systems and other monitoring tools to detect suspicious activity or security breaches Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or conflicts, applying conflict management skills to de-escalate situations effectively Perform regular inspections of premises, including loss prevention checks and safety audits Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring immediate response to medical emergencies Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring external assistance Maintain detailed records of security activities, incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance footage Skills Proven experience in law enforcement, military service, or professional security roles Strong surveillance skills with proficiency in CCTV operation and monitoring systems Excellent conflict management abilities to handle tense situations calmly and effectively Knowledge of first aid procedures and CPR certification for emergency medical response Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security best practices Ability to operate security equipment such as CCTV cameras and alarm systems efficiently Exceptional communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and working collaboratively with team members Join us in delivering top-tier security services that prioritize safety, integrity, and professionalism.
