Qualifications
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or experience may be required depending on assignment.
Special Knowledge/Skills
Knowledge in STAAR, SAT, ACT, TSIA, and TEKS Assessments
Knowledge in the following content areas: ELA, Social Studies, Math and/or Science
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform assigned tasks or duties as directed by the supervisor or program lead on an as-needed basis.
Support day-to-day operations of the assigned department, program, or project during scheduled work periods.
Assist with special projects, events, trainings, or seasonal workload as assigned.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, or data entry as required by the position.
Communicate effectively and professionally with staff, clients, districts, or the public as applicable.
Follow all Region 12 policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, including student, staff, or district records, in accordance with FERPA and applicable state and federal law.
Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the intermittent and non-continuous nature of the position.

Frequent travel within the region, state, and nation, when appropriate
Tools/Equipment Used:
Standard office equipment, including a personal computer and peripherals
Posture:
Prolonged sitting, occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, and twisting

Repetitive hand motions, including frequent keyboarding and use of a mouse; occasional reaching

Occasional light lifting and carrying (less than 15 pounds)
Environment:
May work prolonged or irregular hours, frequent regional travel, occasional statewide travel, and out-of-state travel

ESC Region 12 offers healthcare to employees working at least 10 hours or more per week.
