Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Unanet Data Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is part of Aprio's Advisory practice, where you will help clients achieve their strategic initiatives and maximize opportunities using Unanet ERP (GovCon) and related technologies. Position Responsibilities:

AI-Assisted Data Operations:

Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, data migration, and quality validation, while maintaining accountability for accuracy and reconciliation.

Data Migration & Integration:

Lead the migration of historical data from legacy systems into Unanet ERP, ensuring completeness and accuracy.

Advanced Analytics & Reporting:

Design and implement complex SQL queries, SSRS reports, and Power BI dashboards to drive actionable business insights.

Client Advisory:

Serve as a subject-matter expert to assess data needs, define requirements, and deliver custom solutions.

Mentorship:

Guide junior consultants on data best practices, tooling, and project delivery.

Project Management:

Manage multiple data-focused projects simultaneously, balancing scope and timelines.

Qualifications:

Experience:

6+ years in data analytics, reporting, or a related role.

AI Proficiency:

Experience using AI-assisted tools for data analysis, reporting, or documentation.

Technical Skills:

Extensive experience with SQL, SSRS, Unanet Data Lake, Unanet Applications, and Power BI.

Data Architecture:

Strong background in relational databases and data architecture.

Domain Expertise:

Understanding of AEC or GovCon industries, including project-based accounting. What to Expect During the First 90

Onboarding and shadowing senior team members on data migrations. First 60

Days:

Taking ownership of small client data tasks and utilizing AI-assisted tools for QA. First 90

Days:

Leading historical data migration workstreams and mentoring junior staff. $115,000

• $145,000 a year The salary range for this opportunity is stated above.
