Unanet Data Manager
Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL / Rockville, MD / Alpharetta, GA / Baltimore, MD / Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX / Overland Park, KS / Philadelphia, PA / San Antonio, TX / Washington, D.C. / New York, NYAdvisory

Position Responsibilities:
AI-Assisted Data Operations:
Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, data migration, and quality validation, while maintaining accountability for accuracy and reconciliation.Data Migration & Integration:
Lead the migration of historical data from legacy systems into Unanet ERP, ensuring completeness and accuracy.Advanced Analytics & Reporting:
Design and implement complex SQL queries, SSRS reports, and Power BI dashboards to drive actionable business insights.Client Advisory:
Serve as a subject-matter expert to assess data needs, define requirements, and deliver custom solutions.Mentorship:
Guide junior consultants on data best practices, tooling, and project delivery.Project Management:
Manage multiple data-focused projects simultaneously, balancing scope and timelines.Qualifications:
Experience:
6+ years in data analytics, reporting, or a related role.AI Proficiency:
Experience using AI-assisted tools for data analysis, reporting, or documentation.Technical Skills:
Extensive experience with SQL, SSRS, Unanet Data Lake, Unanet Applications, and Power BI.Data Architecture:
Strong background in relational databases and data architecture.Domain Expertise:
Understanding of AEC or GovCon industries, including project-based accounting. What to Expect During the First 90Days:
First 30Days:
Onboarding and shadowing senior team members on data migrations. First 60Days:
Taking ownership of small client data tasks and utilizing AI-assisted tools for QA. First 90Days:
Leading historical data migration workstreams and mentoring junior staff. $115,000- $145,000 a year The salary range for this opportunity is stated above.
