Sparrows Point, MD $19.00 per hour We are currently hiring professional and dependable Unarmed Flex Security Officers for a warehouse and distribution facility located in Sparrows Point, MD. This position is ideal for experienced security professionals who are flexible, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is a flex officer position requiring open availability to work any shift, any day, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs. Responsibilities include access control and badge verification, interior and exterior patrols, monitoring facility activity, maintaining accurate daily activity and incident reports, responding professionally to security and safety concerns, assisting with coverage for call-offs and schedule gaps, and maintaining a visible and professional security presence throughout the facility. Candidates must have prior security experience, with flex officer, mobile patrol, or multi-site experience strongly preferred. An active Maryland Guard Card is required. Applicants must have open availability for all shifts and days, strong communication and report writing skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates must also be able to stand and walk for extended periods and maintain reliable transportation and dependable attendance. All applicants must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
