Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and identify potential safety hazards Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to oversee activity across the property Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and vendors, ensuring proper authorization before granting access Respond promptly to security incidents or disturbances, applying conflict management techniques as needed Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes Assist in loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behavior and preventing theft or vandalism Support emergency response procedures by providing first aid or CPR if necessary and coordinating with law enforcement when required Skills Strong understanding of security protocols and surveillance technology including CCTV systems Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure Knowledge of first aid and CPR to provide immediate assistance during emergencies Background in law enforcement, military, or security fields is highly advantageous Ability to effectively monitor multiple surveillance feeds and identify suspicious activity Experience in loss prevention strategies to protect assets and property Exceptional communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and visitors

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
