Y/N Additional duties related to assignment: Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This position requires strong observational skills, the ability to manage conflicts effectively, and a commitment to loss prevention. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring premises through surveillance systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Responsibilities Monitor assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity. Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the premises. Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies while following established protocols. Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for all individuals on-site. Conduct regular inspections of property and equipment to identify potential security risks. Provide assistance during emergencies by administering first aid or CPR as needed. Document incidents and prepare reports detailing observations and actions taken during shifts. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure effective incident resolution. Experience Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of conflict management techniques and loss prevention strategies is highly desirable. Familiarity with surveillance technology and CCTV operation is an advantage. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; training may be provided for qualified candidates. Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals in various situations.
