Position Overview As an Overnight Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of guests and property. You will also serve as a visible and approachable presence, helping create a calm and secure atmosphere throughout the hotel. Key Responsibilities Monitor all entrances, exits, and hotel grounds Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols Maintain a strong, visible presence to deter unwanted activity Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, or emergencies Provide courteous assistance to guests as needed Enforce hotel policies and procedures Complete detailed daily activity logs and incident reports Communicate effectively with management and local emergency services when necessary Qualifications Professional appearance and demeanor Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of situational awareness and sound judgment Ability to remain calm and make decisions in high-pressure situations Comfortable working independently during overnight hours Prior security, hotel, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
