• 28/hour We're hiring a Union Welder for a 1st-shift opportunity in a job-shop manufacturing environment .

This role is primarily focused on MIG and flux-core welding , with the opportunity to develop TIG welding skills over time. You'll work on a variety of custom fabrication projects in a stable, team-oriented shop. What You'll Do + Perform MIG and flux-core welding on stainless and carbon steel components + Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols to meet job specifications + Weld in all positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead) + Work with material thicknesses ranging from ¼" to ¾" + Assist with basic fabrication tasks, including fitting and prep work + Follow established safety, quality, and union work practices + Work alongside a team of skilled welders to complete custom projects + Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for tools and equipment + Adapt to different jobs and work orders as projects change What We're Looking For + 3+ years of MIG or flux-core welding experience or a formal welding certification + Experience welding stainless and carbon steel + Strong ability to read blueprints and weld symbols + Comfortable welding in all positions + Experience working with steel from ¼" to ¾" thick + Basic fabrication skills to support welding and assembly + Ability to lift 50+ lbs as part of daily work + Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality welds + Able to work well in a small, team-based job shop Shift & Pay + 1st Shift + $22

• $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
