[Unit Dir.] C-MAC/CNA | Lead the Floor. Support the Team. Shape the Culture.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm What you will do.... Oversee the day-to-day management of the unit, Train and educate unit employees Lead your team with warmth, guidance, and spirit. Provide each assigned resident with compassionate, routine nursing care in accordance with their care plan. Assist residents with activities of daily living, recreation, and meals as needed. Support and mentor your fellow CNAs, helping the team thrive. Perform other duties as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with Arkansas. Minimum 10 years of LTC experience . Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to relate positively to residents, families, and team members. Capable of maintaining regular attendance and meeting local health regulations.

Physical and sensory requirements:

walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, ability to hear and respond to pages, communicate verbally and in writing, remain calm under stress, distinguish smells, tastes, and temperatures.
