Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented RN Weekend Supervisor to lead our nursing team during weekend shifts. This vital role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care while supervising staff, managing clinical operations, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive nursing experience, and a passion for fostering a positive, patient-centered environment. Duties Oversee daily nursing operations during weekend shifts, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. Supervise and support nursing staff, including delegation of tasks and performance management. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and physical examinations. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, infection control policies, and state/federal healthcare laws. Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) system. Manage emergency situations as needed. Qualifications Valid RN license with current state registration. Proven supervisory or team management experience in a healthcare setting. Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems.

Pay:

$23.54 - $28.35 per hour
