Process based? Ganeinu Academy is a Jewish Reggio inspired STEAM based program that is dedicated to providing quality education, interactive learning and memorable experiences. We are looking for a highly motivated 3K/UPK teacher to inspire and be part of a great team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, vibrant and dynamic team environment. Teachers support and trainings available. Full ART studio on site. Teachers Certification or in a study plan is required with a minimum of 2 years' experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver curriculum founded on the center's philosophies whilst following childcare regulations and National Quality Standards
• Create positive learning environments including resources based on child-directed learning
• Develop strategies to guide positive children's behavior
• Build good, open communication with children, families and staff
• Observe and record children's growth, development and behavior using electronic portfolios
• Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe
• Help develop teaching goals for the center and its teachers You will need:
• An approved teacher's certification and /or master's certification.
• Experience working in a educational setting
• Fantastic organizational and teamwork skills
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• A good level of computer literacy
