The Details:

Schedule:

15-30 hours per week (Evening shifts).

Availability:

Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay:

Paid training provided. Daily pay frequency.

Responsibilities Provide menu recommendations, upsell specials, and promote wine or beverage pairings to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a polished appearance and attentive guest relations. Manage table turnover smoothly by bussing and resetting tables promptly, ensuring sanitation standards are met at all times. Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or upscale food service environments is highly preferred. Must have personal transportation & reside within 30 minutes of Malvern Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables and responsibilities efficiently. Experience with upselling techniques and sales-driven service approaches. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and possibly nightclub shifts if applicable.
