Responsibilities and Duties:

Evaluate and treat patients efficiently and effectively Comfortable assessing patients as young as 6 months Perform minor procedures using local anesthetic Conduct annual, school, sports, and pre-employment physicals Administer vaccinations Interpret results from diagnostic labs and x-rays

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Eligible (AANPCP, ANCC, or NCCPA) Active TN license, DEA, ACLS Registered with

CAQH DOT

certification (or willingness to obtain)
