Salary Range:

The role includes both outpatient and procedural responsibilities, with the opportunity to develop subspecialty interests. Clinical Responsibilities Diagnose and treat a broad range of urologic conditions in adult patients Perform office-based procedures and surgical interventions as appropriate Develop individualized treatment plans for conditions including BPH, kidney stones, prostate disorders, incontinence, and urologic cancers Collaborate with primary care providers and specialty colleagues to ensure coordinated care Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology Eligible for New York State medical licensure Strong clinical skills and patient-centered bedside manner Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Ideal Candidate We are looking for physicians who are: Interested in long-term growth within a thriving Long Island market Comfortable practicing general urology (subspecialty interests welcome) Dedicated to delivering high-quality, compassionate care Motivated to build and expand their patient panel Location Highlights Suffolk County offers an exceptional quality of life with coastal access, excellent schools, vibrant communities, and proximity to New York City without the daily Manhattan congestion.
