Job Description

Cherry Bekaert is seeking a
  • US Global Strategy and Operations Leader
  • to play a critical role in shaping and advancing the Firm's global service delivery model. This leader will drive strategy, adoption, and operational excellence for our Global Support Services (GSS) teams in India, partnering closely with firm leadership to enable growth, scalability, and long‑term success.
  • As the US Global Strategy and Operations Leader, you will:
  • + Develop and drive the global operations strategy, including initiative goals, key activities, workplans, and milestones to increase adoption and utilization of global teams within the Firm's service delivery model.
+ Provide intellectual leadership for global operations strategy while engaging stakeholders across service lines and departments to ensure alignment with firm objectives and GSS career development goals. + Manage and influence resources across the Firm to support smooth implementation of the global strategy, including change management efforts that drive adoption. + Lead the integration of new global teams through mergers and acquisitions into the existing global operating model. + Provide oversight of priority projects and initiatives involving global resources while strengthening cross‑functional relationships across service lines and departments. + Assist in resolving complex issues impacting the adoption and utilization of GSS teams. + Serve as an advocate for GSS team members, promoting collaboration and trust between domestic and global teams. + Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to service lines and the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis.
  • What you bring to the role:
  • + A proven track record of successfully incorporating global teams into a U.
S. client service delivery model. + Ability to operate effectively in an ambiguous, rapidly changing environment. + Strong capability to translate business strategy into focused initiatives that drive execution and adoption. + Intellectual curiosity, problem‑solving mindset, and business acumen to assess current state and develop high‑quality solutions across diverse challenges. + Demonstrated project, process, and people management skills with a track record of delivering high‑quality outcomes. + Exceptional communication and influencing skills across all professional levels, including verbal, written, and presentation formats. + Strong stakeholder engagement and change management capabilities to drive buy‑in and adoption of new ways of working. + High emotional intelligence with the ability to collaborate, build trust, and establish credibility across teams and cultures. + Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategy and decision‑making. + A global mindset and interest in working across cultures; willingness to travel to India at least twice per year is preferred. + Strong technical expertise in financial accounting and financial operations, preferably within a professional services environment. + A minimum of seven years of leadership or management experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business‑related field.

Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location.   • $155,700 - $275,000 per year
